Who We Support
Paediatric Occupational Therapy for Children and Teens
Every child is unique, and so is the way we support them.
At Happy Learners Therapy Services, we provide strengths-based, family-centred occupational therapy for children and teens who need support to engage, participate, and thrive in everyday life. Whether your child has a diagnosis, is awaiting assessment, or simply faces challenges in certain areas of development, our team is here to help.
Diagnoses & Diverse Needs
Many of the children we support have a diagnosis, but therapy is not just about labels—it’s about understanding each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
We frequently work with children with:
- Autism
- ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
- Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
- Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)
- Sensory Processing Differences
- Down Syndrome
- Cerebral Palsy (CP)
- Chromosomal & Genetic Conditions
- Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dysgraphia)
However, a diagnosis is not required for OT. Many families seek support because they’ve noticed their child struggling with daily routines, school activities, motor skills, or social interactions. If you feel your child would benefit from support, we’d love to chat.
